Mission Statement

Engage is a grassroots activist group promoting human and ecological sustainability. We feel that all systems should function for the benefit of all people and the ecosystem that supports all life. Systems should serve the people, not have people serving a system, or a system that serves a powerful minority.

We begin with the premise that in organizing human life, we should first set up a basic infrastructure that supplies food, housing, energy, health care and an educational system to create this social infrastructure, all in conjunction with expanding the dreams of the individual. We consider these rights, and that no system can be humane without these rights.

Because of humanity's incredible knowledge and technology, we understand this is attainable.

We will act, and join in solidarity with any people or groups who want to further these ideas.
